LeakFREE / real-estate inspection: $199. Covers a thorough on-site inspection and a photo-supported report for properties in our local service area (about 30 minutes of Toledo - Lucas, Wood, and Fulton counties in Ohio; Temperance, Lambertville, and Bedford in Monroe County, Michigan).
Not a free estimate:
A free contractor inspection is usually a sales visit aimed at a bid. This is a paid inspection: documented findings, photos, and clear recommendations. Repair or reroof work is a separate conversation - only if you ask for it.
